Have you ever attended a program at which the presenter has read information from slides in a PowerPoint program?  Very boring, isn't it?  So, don't do that to your classmates.  Nothing will make your audience start texting their friends faster than boring them with something they could read on their own.

You can make a good presentation with PowerPoint or Prezi, but you won't do it by putting a lot of text on a slide.

In fact, you'll have much more success with your audience if you just show a few key words or a relevant illustration.
