    Hi Gary,

    You were so efficient at resolving the problem with the McPherson book that I am hoping you will be able to resolve my most recent problem. I intend to show the film “Martha Ballard’s Diary” to my students in a few weeks. Although listed as available in the catalog, the student working at the information desk and I, earlier today, could not locate it on the shelves. Is this something you would be able to assist me with?
