Art Librarian
Find art in your library! Whether you are looking for a book, an image, or an actual object, Lamson Library and Learning Commons has a lot to offer art seekers.  Right now, the library is featuring two exciting exhibits that you may find interesting:

Two Rivers Printmaking Studio’s 2008 Portfolio: This portfolio is part of the library collection and normally resides within the library’s Spinelli Archives. The library is thrilled to frame them and display them as a group for this special exhibit. View them on Lamson Library’s main level from Oct. 26th - Jan. 29th.

Illustrating VanderMeer: Don’t miss this event!! On Monday November 23rd at 6pm, author Jeff VanderMeer will be in the library talking about his new books Finch and Booklife. Illustrator, Eric Schaller, will join him to talk about the collaborative process involved in illustrating previous books by VanderMeer. As a sneak peak, visit our display in the entrance of the library that illustrates how author and artist work together in the publication process.
