In most cases, you can read the first 25 pages of a dissertation. The "Order a Copy" option does not link to the PSU Interlibrary Loan System. To request a full dissertation go to the Interlibrary Loan Page and fill out a request form.

This portal lets you search the contents of digital repositories including dissertations and theses.

Networked Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations
Full text collection of over 800,000 dissertations from many disciplines.

If you need a book or article that PSU does not have you can request the article through Interlibrary Loan.

This service is free to all PSU students, faculty, and staff.

Go to the Interlibrary Loan Page.
Click on the Create Request, choose the material type you want, then fill out the request form.
Articles are delivered to your interlibrary loan account in PDF format, usually in 2-5 business days.
Books are delivered to Lamson and can be picked up at the information desk in 1-2 weeks.
