When trying to access the my student financial aid on the services tab of myPlymouth and it is redirecting me to a “Prospective Student” site.
Hello Help Desk folks: This is Gary at the Reference Desk. I’ve noticed that several times in the last couple of days (Sept. 15 and 16) people have come to the desk to say that the printer was not printing their job. The computers have been both “cluster” computers in front of the Ref Desk and “public” computers behind the Ref Desk. When I checked the default printer is set to “OneNote”– instead of either “nearest” or libreflj02. I thought Frank had fixed this problem (at least on the public computers). It seems like it would be useful to check all the computers to see if they have this default problem. Thanks, Gary
