Having trouble with ILLiad?

Some people have received an error message since we transitioned ILLiad to single sign-on with myPlymouth.  The message states they have been “disavowed.”

If you see this message, the solution is to clear your browser cookies.  Below you’ll find instructions on removing cookies in the most common browsers.  (Note: it is easiest to clear all cookies, but that will affect other websites you use.  Deleting only cookies for “plymouth.edu” will fix the problem, and will not adversely affect other websites you use.)
