Lamson Library and Learning Commons presents Student Art & Poetry, the 6th annual exhibit featuring the creative and collaborative efforts of PSU’s Student Exhibition Committee and PSU’s student organization, Poets and Writers.

Lamson Library is pleased to welcome the exhibit miniARTures by PSU professor Henrieke Strecker.  The exhibit will be on view on the exhibit wall near the Information Desk from April 7 – June 5, 2013.

Mapping Africa: Myths and Realities

Mapping Africa: Myths and Realities, on display in Lamson Library and Learning Commons from February 1 – March 31, features fourteen antique maps from the collection of Dr. Richard A. Lobban, Jr.  The maps, covering the period from 1535 to 1897, illustrate European consciousness of Africa, ranging from accuracy to fantasy.

BlackBookBlack Exhibit at Lamson

Lamson Learning Commons is pleased to announce, as part of the Library Print Series, an exhibit of BlackBookBlack, a collection of wood block prints by Miles O’Shea and Olivier Deprez.  This collaborative project, dedicated to engraving and the book, will be on display until January 20, 2013.
