On the main library website, click on Advanced Search in the Search the Library box.
On the Advanced Search screen, type in the name of your theme (i.e. food) in the first box and use the pull down menu to search by KEYWORD.
Scroll down to limit your search by Audience. Select Juvenile.
Click on Search.
Note: You may wish search the name of your theme as SUBJECT to get fewer results.
If you need a book or article that PSU does not have you can request the article through Interlibrary Loan.

Open one of the EBSCO databases (i.e. Academic Search Premier, SportDiscus)
Click on SIGN IN located at the top of the screen.
Click on the Create a New Account link located in the sign in box. Your free registration is quick and easy. Once you have created an account or logged in, you will see a yellow ribbon with the word MY across the EBSCOhost logo.
Click on Folder link at the top of the screen to see your previously saved articles and searches.
Click on ADVANCED SEARCH within the Library Catalog box.
Use the pull-down menu to change your search type to SUBJECT.
In the search box type one or both of these SUBJECT headings.
