Books are good for research too!

Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies is such an interdisciplinary topic, it's difficult to define a guide to books. Subject headings such as Feminism, Women, or Gender Identity can be a good start, but in the end, the best search will be defined by your subject. Ask a librarian for help finding resources to suit your interests.

Following are a few reference works that can help get you started, plus a few recent scholarly works.
