We hold over 900 print publications in our collection, most of which date from the 1970's to the early 2000s. They are housed on the bottom floor of Lamson Library and can be accessed by the public when Lamson Library is open.
When you go downstairs and are facing the bookshelves, head toward the back left corner of the space. NH Documents are shelved in front of the microfiche cabinets and behind the K-12 collection.
When you locate the collection, you'll see that NH-Docs are shelved first by agency and then by Dewey decimal in accordance with guidance given monthly through the NH State Public Library. To find your document in our print collection on the shelf, you must identify its publishing agency.
Researchers looking for earlier government documents should contact the New Hampshire State Library. The Spinelli Archives at Lamson Library also hold select government documents. Contact the Lamson Library Archivist to access those documents.
